Join us on Sunday April 21st for the Cold Water Dip Challenge and help raise funds for family carers in our local communities.

Entry costs just €10 and all proceeds will go to providing essential supports and services to family carers.

We can promise you some fun as we work up the courage to take the plunge in support of family carers.

Family carers provide unpaid care in the home for loved ones such as children or adults with additional needs, physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with chronic illnesses, mental health challenges or addiction. They are mums, dads, sons, daughters, siblings, relatives, friends and colleagues.

We believe no one should have to care alone.
