Our Spin Marathon takes place on Saturday 4^th May from 10am – 2pm, in Range of Motion (ROM), Cleveragh Retail Park, Sligo, F91C9X4.  ROM is a bustling local gym, who have been well known in the community for supporting local athletes, and always giving back to our community. Thank you to ROM who have graciously volunteered their spin bikes and space for our event, which we could not have done without. 

Our 24 volunteers will be giving one hour of their time to spin, and you are more than welcome to join us on the day and cheer them on!  Or you can show your support by donating and sharing this page to your friends, family on social media and Whats App.   Your contribution, no matter the size, helps us ensure that no one should have to care alone. 

Family carers provide unpaid care in the home for loved ones such as children or adults with additional needs, physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with chronic illnesses, mental health challenges or addiction. They are mums, dads, sons, daughters, siblings, relatives, friends and colleagues.

We believe no one should have to care alone.
