Sign up for the Walk 50 Miles in June Challenge and Show your Heart of Gold. For the month of June, we are asking you to walk, run or jog 50 miles. The challenge starts on the 1st june and you have the entire month to clock up your 50 miles. 

You can do this with your pals, on your own, with your dog, or you could challenge your colleagues to take it on! 

Family carers provide unpaid care in the home for loved ones such as children or adults with additional needs, physical or intellectual disabilities, frail older people, those with palliative care needs or those living with chronic illnesses, mental health challenges or addiction. They are mums, dads, sons, daughters, siblings, relatives, friends and colleagues. By 2030, 1 in 5 of us will be in a family caring role.
